Black weapons are weapons stronger than steel weapons, yet weaker than mithril weapons. As with all things black, they have a dark black colour. Players require an Attack level of 10 to wield them.

Black weapons give medium attack bonuses. Black in general is much more expensive than steel as many players like the dark black colour as well as some black items cannot be bought from stores. Some high-level players also like wearing black weapons and armour for fashion. All black items cannot be smithed.
